Valtech extends its capabilities with the addition of w.illi.am/, an innovation leader in digital consumer experiences based in Canada. Valtech S.E. [NYSE Euronext Paris: FR0011505163 – LTE], announced July the 7th the completion of its acquisition of Montreal based w.illi.am/ and its team of more than 60 interdisciplinary experts. w.illi.am/ has been acquired by Valtech for an undisclosed sum and will become the Canadian hub for the leading independent European company in digital and technology marketing.
